Mover / Crew Member (Full-Time or Part-Time)
No experience required. Must be dependable, strong, and professional.
Pay: $20–$25/hr + tips
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other household or office items safely and efficiently
- Wrap, pack, and protect items using company-approved materials and techniques
- Assist with assembling/disassembling furniture when needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Handle customer belongings with care, respect, and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment
- Follow instructions from the Crew Lead
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual, dependable, and respectful
- Clean appearance and professional demeanor
- Experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person
Driver / Crew Lead (Full-Time or Part-Time)
No experience required. Must be dependable, strong, and professional.
Pay: $25–$30/hr + tips
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company trucks to and from job sites
- Lead and manage a team of movers on residential and commercial moves
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items efficiently and securely
- Wrap, pack, and protect items using company-approved techniques
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Complete paperwork, obtain signatures, and ensure client satisfaction
- Perform basic furniture disassembly and reassembly as needed
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized truck
- Enforce company standards and safety protocols on every job
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and lead by example in physical work
- Prior moving or logistics experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and respectful under pressure
- Professional appearance and communication
- Willing to train in company processes and standards
